Marco Meier
Marco Meier

Marco Meier is a Principal of Navo Capital where he is involved in all aspects of the firm’s activities. Prior to Navo, Marco was an investment professional at Rhone Group, a middle market private equity firm with $8 billion in assets under management and over 25 investments. Previously, Marco was with TDR Capital, a middle market private equity firm with $6 billion in assets under management. His experience includes deal sourcing and execution, financing, board participation, operational projects, add-on acquisitions and divestitures.

Marco began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley in London and New York, advising private equity firms and corporates on M&A transactions, debt financings, IPOs as well as corporate disposals and sales processes.

Marco received an M.S. in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, and a Master in International Management from the Stockholm School of Economics. He was a member of the Swiss Military Forces and is fluent in English and German, and also speaks French and Spanish.

Randall Harrigan
Randall Harrigan

Randall Harrigan is an Advisor to Navo Capital and a Managing Director with Growth for Good Acquisition Corporation. Prior to Navo, Randall was an investment professional at A&M Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm with $1 billion in assets under management. Previously, Randall was with Roark Capital Group, a middle market private equity firm with $12 billion in assets under management. His experience includes deal sourcing and execution, financing, board participation, operational projects, add-on acquisitions, and exits.

Randall holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia, with concentrations in Finance and Information Technology.
